Date Field Keys
To make it easier for users to quickly accurately enter dates, we've borrowed from Quick Books the method of entering a letter to signify a date.
TodayEnter T for Today's date YearEnter Y for the first day of the displayed Year, and R for the last date of the displayed year. If the date is blank, it will be changed to the first or last day of the current year.MonthEnter M for the first day of the Month or H for the last day of the month. If the date is blank, it will be changed to the first or last day of the current month.
WeekEnter W for Monday of the Week or K for the last day of the week. If the date is blank, it will be changed to the first or last day of the current week. And we've added a few features of our own: F3Displays a calendar. Double-click the appropriate calendar date to display it. Up or Down ArrowMoves the date forward or back one day. PgUp or PgDnAdvances or backs up the date by a week.
